Mona Marcum (LCSW, ATR) is a facilitator of
innovative expressive arts and psychotherapy services for middle school, high school, and adult populations, including individuals, couples, groups, and families.
These services include mural making for those who have
experienced or are currently experiencing a major transition and/or loss (which may include geographic move, career change,
midlife exploration, diagnosis with a major illness, death of a loved one...), as well as various forms of treatment
through psychotherapy.
Mona Marcum is a trained psychotherapist who specializes in
the treatment of clients with Posttraumatic Stress Disorders. She is also experienced in the treatment of those in recovery
from addictive disorders, and offers individual, couples, family, and group services for those who have been affected by addiction
disorders.
With over 20 years of professional experience as a social
worker and expressive arts therapist, Ms. Marcum is liscensed and has a master's in social work, a master's in art therapy
and is registered as an art therapist. She is also a certified gestalt therapist, a certified play therapist, and a certified
divorce mediator.
